Homerun Inspection is a family owned business.  Rob and Cindy Wood have owned and operated the business for 13 years in the Denver-metro area.  With that, comes the attitude that our clients and their needs come first.

Rob was trained in the Navy in structural mechanics and went on to become a licensed contractor.  He went to Inspection Training Associates (ITA) in San Diego, California for training in home inspections.  He successfully completed all the exams required by the school.  He then successfully completed all the exams required by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and is an active member of that society.  He is also an active member of the International Code Council (ICC) which sets the standard for building safety.  Rob held the position of Vice-President for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ASHI for two consecutive years, 2003-2004.  He is well respected in the community and among his peers.  He has completed over 7,200 inspections in the past 13 years.

We are a thorough company and will strive to do the best job possible for you.  We follow all the ASHI standards and generate an on-site computerized report for the client and their agents, if requested.
