Services Provided by Homerun Inspection

Pre-Purchase & Pre-Sale Inspections

The house you purchase will be your biggest investment.  A qualified home inspector will be able to identify problems before you move into your new home.  Whether the house you're buying is large or small, new or old, we can help you understand it's condition and how the systems operate.

A home inspection is a visual evaluation of the major systems in the house including roof, structure, heating/cooling, plumbing, interior and exterior features, electrical, yard drainage, insulation, ventilation, attic, and crawlspace.  We check for signs of mold, vermin and water entry throughout the property.

A computerized narrative report is generated on-site.  It is easy to read and will give you, the buyer, the tools necessary to make an informed decision.

New Build Inspections

If you think that builders put brand new houses together "flaw-free", think again. Yes, the house has passed municipal inspections but, too often, mistakes are not caught and installation improvements could be made.

Homerun Inspection Service can inspect the property before the buyer signs on the dotted line. All the components which are covered in a pre-purchase inspection are covered in a new build inspection. On average, more than a dozen problems are discovered at most new houses. A new build inspection pays for itself once defects are discovered. It will be summarized in an on-site computerized report.

1-Year Warranty Inspections

Let's say you didn't get your home inspected when you first moved in almost 1 year ago.  Let's say that after living in the home for almost 1 year, you have noticed some issues about the property.  You now think it would be a good idea to have somebody come and look at your home.

With a one year warranty inspection, construction defects can be found.  Hopefully, the builder can then correct those items before the 1 year warranty expires.  A 1-year warranty inspection from Homerun Inspection Service will reveal defects that most home owners will not find on their own.  It will be summarized in an on-site computerized report.

This inspection should be scheduled at least 1 month prior to the warranty expiration date.
